A portion of such land is slated for a state-of-the-art sustainable, low-impact development designed for Habitat for Humanity by the University of Arkansas Design Center in Fayetteville. Let's hope future Habitat sites use similar plans.

It doesn't matter how good the design is, because the workers never understand the plans and bulldozer operators love to destroy things.
